Prospects for Cap-and-Trade Legislation in the New Congress
Marc Morano is communications director for the U.S. Senate Committee on Environment and Public Works. He began working for the committee under Sen. James Inhofe (R-OK), who was majority chairman of the committee until January 2007 and now serves as ranking minority member. Morano is a former journalist with Cybercast News Service (owned by the Media Research Center).
