Victor Manuel Velasco Herrera

Victor Manuel Velasco Herrara, Ph.D. is a physicist in the Institute of Geophysics at the National Autonomous University of Mexico. He was an advisor to the Mexican delegation to the United Nations Committee on the Peaceful Uses of Outer Space and is a member of the Mexican Society of Geography and Statistics. His research focuses on the periodicity of sunspots’ prolonged minima and the theory of the mini-Ice Age in the twenty-first century.
