Terry Flower
Terry Flower, Ph.D., is emeritus professor of mathematics and physics at St. Catherine University, where he served as chair of the department and held the Endowed Chair of Science for the university. He was selected as a distinguished visiting professor of physics at the U.S. Air Force Academy, and has been inducted into the Aerospace Educators Hall of Fame. His professional work has taken him from the Arctic to the Antarctic, across the South Pacific and Europe. He has lectured around the globe. His background is in infrared astrophysics. He has taught about climate change in the Antarctic and Costa Rica, and will take students to Vietnam next January, where he will lead a program on mathematical modeling of climate change.
