Climate Change and Sustainable Development
Julian Morris is vice president for research at the Reason Foundation, a non-profit think tank advancing free minds and free markets, and a visiting professor at the University of Buckingham. He has degrees in economics and law and is the author of dozens of scholarly articles and the editor of several books, including Sustainable Development: Promoting Progress or Perpetuating Poverty (Profile Books, 2002). His research focuses on the relationship between institutions, economic development, and environmental protection. Before joining Reason, he was executive director of the International Policy Network (www.policynetwork.net), which he co-founded. Before that, he ran the environment and technology programme at the Institute of Economic Affairs.
