Jerome Arnett, Jr., M.D. is a pulmonologist in private practice in Elkins, West Virginia. He is a policy advisor for The Heartland Institute, an adjunct scholar at The Competitive Enterprise Institute, and a scientific advisor to the American Council on Science and Health.
