Aaron Stover is a senior staff member and policy analyst for The Heartland Institute. He previously worked on transatlantic policy projects focused on Central and Eastern Europe for the Atlantic Council, the Center for European Policy Analysis, and the U.S.-EU-Slovakia Action Commission at the Center for Strategic and International Studies. Stover also managed development research and marketing for international trade and regulatory policy projects at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and held IT and accounting positions in the private sector. He earned a master’s degree cum laude in European studies from the Elliott School of International Affairs at the George Washington University and a bachelor’s degree in government and French from the University of Texas at Austin. Stover also studied political science at the University of Paris at Nanterre.
