Mark Mills, a physicist, is a Manhattan Institute Senior Fellow, a Faculty Fellow in Engineering at Northwestern University, and CEO of the Digital Power Group. He co-authored the book “The Bottomless Well,” was earlier a partner in a boutique venture fund, and co-authored a tech investment newsletter. He served in the White House Science Office under President Ronald Reagan.
