Larry Bell is an Endowed Professor of Space Architecture at the University of Houston where he founded the Sasakawa International Center for Space Architecture (SICSA) and the Graduate Program in Space Architecture.

Mr. Bell is also an unpaid policy advisor on climate and environmental policy for The Heartland Institute.

Bell has authored hundreds of articles which have been posted in his weekly Newsmax columns with a special emphasis upon climate and energy policy issues. He has also authored two books: Scared Witless: Prophets and Profits of Global Doom (2015) and Climate of Corruption: Politics and Power Behind the Global Warming Hoax (2011).
